We assume that by accessing this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions on this page, must not continue to use Packaging Hub.
All of our items are built to order according to your preferences. You, the Customer, are responsible for ensuring that the size, color, artwork, number, product style, and type specified in your order are accurate. Packaging Hub is not responsible for any errors made by customers during the ordering process.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color, artwork, sizing, or feature displayed on your computer monitor.
Prior to the start of manufacturing, all Orders must be paid in full.
Packing Hub retains the right to present you with a new quote for this Order if production does not begin within 30 days of the Order Acceptance date due to variances in packaging and shipping costs (if any).
Every order will be processed within 10 (ten) business days. The time it takes to process an order does not include the time it takes to deliver it. All indicated delivery dates are simply estimates. We will not be liable for any losses or expenditures incurred as a result of the Products’ late delivery.
We have a constant product development philosophy and reserve the right to change the specifications of any of the Products at any time without notice, subject to any Orders that have already been placed. As a result of multi-standard color systems, such as the international RGB screen-based color system and the print color system utilized by the packaging hub, products delivered may differ.
All packaging, product, and service quotations are valid for 14 days.
Packaging Hub reserves the right to issue fresh shipping quotations at any time, until The Order has been confirmed, in order to appropriately represent market rates for shipping.
Payment must be made in full within 5 days of order confirmation. Packaging Hub maintains the right to issue a fresh quote for the complete order after 5 days.
We retain the right to reject any order placed with us. We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to limit the sale of our products or Services to any geographic region or jurisdiction. On a case-by-case basis, we may exercise this right. We retain the right to restrict the number of products or services we offer.
All product or service descriptions, as well as product or service pricing, are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any product or service. Any offer for a product or service made on this site is invalid where prohibited.
We make no guarantee that the quality of any items, services, information, or other material purchased or accessed by you will meet your expectations or other needs, or that any mistakes in the Service will be rectified in a timely or comprehensive way.
Upon receiving your Products, you are responsible for examining and confirming their quality. Please notify us within 30 days of the Arrival Date if the Products do not match your quality requirements, and we will try our utmost to rectify the matter. After 30 days from the Arrival Date, no replacements, refunds, or returns will be issued.
If we decide, in our sole discretion, to replace any items or refund or credit any funds paid for an order, the replacement, refund, or credit shall be our whole, single, and total obligation and your exclusive and exclusive remedy with regard to that purchase.
